Inside the boundary are 18 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 17 Grade II). The most significant is Whitchurch Canonicorum Church (st Candida and Holy Cross), Grade I. 2 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
