The Littlebredy Conservation Area covers about 40 hectares and was designated by Dorset Council in 1974. Inside the boundary are 18 listed buildings (2 Grade II*, 16 Grade II). The most significant is Bridehead, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
