About the Turkdean Conservation Area
The Turkdean Conservation Area covers about 16 hectares and was designated by Cotswold District Council in 1988. Inside the boundary are 20 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 17 Grade II). The most significant is Church of All Saints, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
