About the Ebrington Conservation Area
The Ebrington Conservation Area covers about 8.8 hectares and was designated by Cotswold District Council in 1981. Inside the boundary are 20 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 2 Grade II*, 17 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Eadburga, Grade I. 3 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
