About the WADEBRIDGE Conservation Area
The WADEBRIDGE Conservation Area covers about 74 hectares and was designated by Cornwall Council in 1992. Inside the boundary are 40 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 38 Grade II). The most significant is Egloshayle Church, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
