The ST TEATH Conservation Area covers about 6.4 hectares and was designated by Cornwall Council in 1997. Inside the boundary are 46 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 1 Grade II*, 44 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Tetha, Grade I.
