The ST MAWGAN Conservation Area covers about 26 hectares and was designated by Cornwall Council in 1976. Inside the boundary are 28 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 5 Grade II*, 21 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mawgan, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
