The ST JUST Conservation Area covers about 28 hectares and was designated by Cornwall Council in 1972. Inside the boundary are 20 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 19 Grade II). The most significant is St Just Miners' Chapel and attached former vestry, including piers and railings, Grade II*.
