The PERRANARWORTHAL Conservation Area covers about 19 hectares and was designated by Cornwall Council in 1989. Inside the boundary are 42 listed buildings (7 Grade II*, 35 Grade II). The most significant is Church of Saint Piran, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 2, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
