The Bosham Conservation Area covers about 17 hectares and was designated by Chichester District Council in 1969. Inside the boundary are 41 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 40 Grade II). The most significant is The Parish Church of the Holy Trinity, Grade I. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
