About the Williamscot Conservation Area
The Williamscot Conservation Area covers about 20 hectares within Cherwell District Council’s area. Inside the boundary are 20 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 19 Grade II). The most significant is Williamscot House, Late Sixteenth Century Range, Grade II*. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
