The UPPER HARBLEDOWN Conservation Area covers about 48 hectares and was designated by Canterbury City Council in 1994. Inside the boundary are 5 listed buildings, all Grade II. 11 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
