The Regents Park Conservation Area covers about 56 hectares and was designated by London Borough of Camden in 1985. Inside the boundary are 75 listed buildings (13 Grade I, 10 Grade II*, 52 Grade II). The most significant is 9 and 10, St Andrews Place, Grade I. 3 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below.
