About the Stainland Conservation Area
The Stainland Conservation Area covers about 24 hectares and was designated by Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council in 1982. Inside the boundary are 21 listed buildings, all Grade II. 35 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
