The Tingewick Conservation Area covers about 9.4 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1973. Inside the boundary are 23 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 22 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary Magdalen, Grade II*. 7 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
