The Padbury Conservation Area covers about 23 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1969. Inside the boundary are 43 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 42 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Mary the Virgin, Grade II*. 9 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
