The Maids Moreton Conservation Area covers about 13 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 2012. Inside the boundary are 20 listed buildings (1 Grade I, 19 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Edmund, Grade I. 9 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
