About the High Wycombe Conservation Area
The High Wycombe Conservation Area covers about 56 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1970. Inside the boundary are 88 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 7 Grade II*, 79 Grade II). The most significant is Church of All Saints, Grade I. 49 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
