About the Halton Conservation Area
The Halton Conservation Area covers about 5.4 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 2003. Inside the boundary are 6 listed buildings, all Grade II. 6 Article 4 directions over the area remove further householder rights, on top of the conservation area limits below. 1 Tree Preservation Order record overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
