The Bradenham Conservation Area covers about 14 hectares and was designated by Buckinghamshire Council in 1971. Inside the boundary are 14 listed buildings (3 Grade II*, 11 Grade II). The most significant is Bradenham Manor, Grade II*. 4 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
