About the Halvergate BDC Conservation Area
The Halvergate BDC Conservation Area covers about 44 hectares and was designated by Broadland District Council in 2007. Inside the boundary are 15 listed buildings (2 Grade I, 13 Grade II). The most significant is Church of St Peter and St Paul, Grade I. 12 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
