The Everton Conservation Area covers about 15 hectares and was designated by Bassetlaw District Council in 1973. Inside the boundary are 17 listed buildings (1 Grade II*, 16 Grade II). The most significant is Church of Holy Trinity and Boundary Wall, Grade II*.
