The Boughton Lees Conservation Area covers about 11 hectares and was designated by Ashford Borough Council in 1987. Inside the boundary are 13 listed buildings, all Grade II. 5 Tree Preservation Order records overlap the area; every other tree here still needs six weeks’ notice before work.
