The Bognor Regis (The Steyne and Waterloo Square) Conservation Area covers about 8.2 hectares and was designated by Arun District Council in 1994. Inside the boundary are 19 listed buildings, all Grade II. Part of the area lies in flood zone 3, so an extension may need a flood risk assessment.
